Goldhosts only offer what we call "business grade email". Because of this, we will deliver all email that is sent to you, to your mailbox, even if it is spam.
For home-grade email, if you miss an email because Bob sent you a photo and a link in a suspicious format, you problably won't worry. For business grade-however, a poorly formatted email with an attachment could be an order for £100,000. This was indeed the case in 2014, when a (now) customer of ours had an email blocked by their ISP.
So we will deliver all email. We may mark this as spam, and you can filter email if you like, but we will deliver all email regardless.
